25-34 year old female who was interested in mild to moderate changes of her nose. The patient wanted a straighter nose, removal of the dorsum hump, and tip refinement. In the post-operative photos, you can visualize the manifestation of these goals. We removed the dorsal hump, made the nose straighter, and made the tip smaller and slightly more rotated. Now the patient has a nice break in front of the tip.
