45-54 year old female who was interested in improving the symmetry and aesthetics of the nasal dorsum and tip. The patient has a deviated “crooked” nose and septum and underwent a hybrid rhinoplasty with a septoplasty. In the post-operative photos, you can visualize the nose is midline and straight on frontal view and bird’s eye view. The patient is only 3 months post-operative and has more healing to go but already has major improvements, especially with the tip. The tip will fall 2 mm over the course of the healing process, which can take 1-2 years.
