25-34 year old female who was interested in an aesthetic primary rhinoplasty. The patient was most concerned with the wide dorsum and thick/bulbous tip. The patient underwent an open rhinoplasty where the nasal bones and middle 1/3 of the nose were narrowed and the tip was refined and rotated upwards. In the post-operative photos you can visualize a more aesthetic and balanced nose that fits the patient’s face. The patient doesn’t look like a different person but rather has a more refined, aesthetic, and proportional nose.
