25-34 year old who was interested in a rhinoplasty to improve the dorsal hump and tip aesthetics. This patient had a plunging tip, where the tip falls off the nose while speaking because there is minimal tip support. In this case I reduced the dorsum, lifted the tip, supported it, and refined it. In the post-operative photos you can visualize a more balanced and aesthetic nose.
