25-34 year old female who underwent an ethnic rhinoplasty and is 6 months post-operative. The patient’s goals were to narrow and decrease the overall size of the nose, remove the dorsal hump, and refine, narrow, and lift the tip of the nose. In this case, the patient’s nasal bones were narrowed, and the dorsal hump was removed. For the tip, the projection was increased and the tip complex was rotated upwards. The tip was refined and narrowed to improve the aesthetics and to improve definition of the tip, the nasal skin was thinned. Overall, this patient has a more aesthetic appearing and refined nose without changing the ethnic features of the nose or without creating an “operated” appearance. The patient reports feeling more confident, which is something we love to hear.
