35-45 year old female who had 3 previous rhinoplasties in the past and was unhappy with the aesthetics or proportions of the dorsum and tip. The patient underwent a revision rhinoplasty with rib cartilage graft. In the post-operative photos you can see removal of the dorsal hump, the tip projection is improved, the nose is straighter, and the alar-columellar relationship improved.
