35-44 year old male who was interested in improving the contour and aesthetics of the lower 1/3 of the face, jawline, and neck on profile view. The patient’s greatest concern was the poorly defined jawline and excess skin of the neck. The patient underwent neck liposuction and a sliding genioplasty. The neck muscles have been tightened and the excess skin of the neck has been removed to improve the overall youthfulness. As you can see from the post-operative photos, the patient has improvement in the balance of his face, definition of the jawline, and contour of the neck.
