55-64 year old female who had a full thickness defect of the left nostril after a skin cancer removal procedure or Mohs surgery. The patient underwent complex reconstruction repairing all three layers of the nose. The scars were strategically placed in shadow lines of the nose to reduce their appearance. In the post-operative photos, it is very difficult to determine the presence of the scars and the anatomy of the nose has been restored.
