18-25 year old female who was interested in improving the projection, length and symmetry of her chin. She was also interested in improving the profile of her face. The patient underwent a sliding genioplasty to lengthen and advance the chin forward. The patient also underwent additional contouring to improve the asymmetries of the jawline and chin. In the post-operative photos you can visualize improvement in the projection and length of the lower 1/3 of the face. Overall, the face is more balanced after the sliding genioplasty.
