18-25 year old female who was interested in improving the size, shape, and contour of her chin. The patient wanted to narrow the chin and feminize the lower 1/3 of her face and therefore underwent a reduction genioplasty or reduction of the chin and jawline with contouring. As you can see from the post-operative photos, the chin point is narrower creating a heart-shaped appearance to the lower part of the face and a less square appearance.
