25-34 year old female who underwent a nipple sparing bilateral prophylactic mastectomy for being a BRCA 1 gene carrier and wanted breast reconstruction without implants. In the pre-operative photos, the patient had tissue expanders placed after the mastectomy by another surgeon. The patient did not want a long and complicated operation and therefore underwent removal of the expanders, a mastopexy or breast lift with fat transfer to the bilateral breasts. In the post-operative photos, you can see improvement in the size, shape, and symmetry of the bilateral breasts.
