18-24 year old female who was interested in a breast augmentation. The patient wanted to go from an A cup to a D cup. The patient underwent a breast augmentation with 350 cc gel implants, through a periareolar incision, and in a submuscular plane. In the post-operative photos, you can see fuller and more symmetric breasts. This case is challenging since the lower pole of the breast is short relative to the upper pole and therefore the pocket for the implant had to be dissected adequately so that the implant would be centered behind the nipple.
