25-34 year old female who wanted a natural augmentation that complimented her body. The patient had asymmetries of her breast, the right breast was smaller and higher relative to the left breast. The patient underwent an augmentation with a 245 cc and 265 cc gel implant through a periareolar incision and sub-muscular placement. The breast fold of the right breast was lowered, and a larger implant was placed to improve the symmetry. Beautiful 6-week result for this patient.
