The patient underwent a capsulectomy, explantation of the implants, and re-implantation with larger gummy bear gel implants. In the pre-operative photos, you can visualize the hard, round, and irregular appearance of the breasts. In the post-operative photos, once the thick capsule was removed, the breast shape improved significantly. Now she has a more natural and symmetric appearing breast.
