The patient had surgery by another surgeon years ago and was bothered by the asymmetries of her breasts and abdomen. The patient had capsular contracture of the bilateral breasts. The patient underwent a capsulectomy, revision mastopexy augmentation, and revision lipoabdominoplasty. In the post-operative photos, you can visualize more symmetric and natural breasts. For the abdomen, the waist has been slimmed down, the excess skin removed, and the scar lowered below the underwear line.
