55-65 year old female who was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma of the left nostril. The patient underwent Mohs surgery and presented to Plastic Surgery for complex reconstruction. The patient underwent a two-stage reconstruction of the full thickness defect of the left nostril with 2 flaps and ear cartilage graft. As you can see from the post-operative photos, the patient has restoration of form and function of the left nostril.
