6 month old female with a bilateral complete cleft lip and palate who underwent nasoalveolar molding to reduce the size of the cleft before surgery. The patient underwent a bilateral cleft lip repair at 4 months of age and a cleft palate repair at 9 months of age. In the post-operative photos, one can see restoration of normal anatomy of the lip and nose.
